xi.fo (also written as xifo, short for "eXperIence. Friends. Offline.") is a mobile-first event management and discovery platform built for India. Hosts use xi.fo to create beautiful invitations, collect RSVPs, sell tickets, accept payments via UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, and check guests in at the door with a QR code. Guests use xi.fo to browse events happening nearby, RSVP to private parties, buy tickets, and join events using a short 6-digit Event ID.

Track RSVPs, payments, attendees, and revenue in real time from the dashboard. Scan tickets at the door from your phone. Request payouts to your bank — organizers keep 95% of ticket revenue.

How xi.fo works for guests

Browse upcoming events at xi.fo/join, filter by city or category, or open the map at xi.fo/maps to see events near you. For a private event, enter the 6-digit Event ID at xi.fo/join, scan the host's QR code, or open the shared link directly. Pay securely via UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet. Your QR ticket is delivered instantly inside the app.

Pricing

xi.fo is free to host events. There is no monthly fee, no setup fee, and no fee for free events. For paid tickets, organizers keep 95% of the ticket revenue and xi.fo charges a 5% platform fee. Payment processor fees from Razorpay are handled transparently and can be passed to the customer or absorbed by the organizer.
